Welcome to my humble little site. My name is Charlene Sun. I'm a cinematographer, digital painter, and web designer. Pleased to meet you. I was born and raised in Ohio. Friendly little towns, uneventful childhood. Went to undergrad in upstate New York and then puttered around in a non-art profession until I finally came to my senses and landed in Los Angeles to attend USC's School of Cinematic Arts. And here I am today. I've shot several short films including Underpass, Marwa, When It's Dark, and two medically oriented educational videos, among other things. I've done concept and promotional art, mostly for film-related projects, although I've worked on non-film projects as well. I recently did artwork and minor visual effects for Scorpion King 2: Rise of the Warrior. That was a great experience. In 2006 I partnered with the Rain Breaw to form SunRain Productions, a Web Development/Multimedia company. Please check it out. We make cool things. Thanks for visiting my site. Have a nice day! |
